Mit unserer langjährigen Erfahrung im Motorsport und Tuning, können wir euch jetzt voller Stolz, unsere exklusiv entwickelten Hochleistungsventile anbieten.

Unsere Ambition war es, ganz speziell für den T(F)SI Motor, ein perfektes Ventil zu entwickeln das problemlos jeder Leistung standhält. Aus Martensit gefertigt, mit sehr guten Korrosionseigenschaften und ausgezeichnete Nitrier- und Oberflächenhärtbarkeit. Das Schaftende wurde zusätzlich extra gehärtet, um den Verschleiß von Ventil, Kipphebel und Nockenwelle möglichst gering zu halten.

Unsere Ventile bieten folgende Vorteile:

  • Starke Reißfestigkeit
  • aus hochfesten martensitischen Ventilstahl gefertigt
  • komplett nitriert
  • Vollventil
  • 3 Keil Nut für optimalen Halt
  • Qualität und Verarbeitung auf höchstem Niveau

Die Ventile haben Standard Maße (34mm Teller). 

Dieser Satz enthält 8 Ventile.

Die VAG Standardventile haben den großen Nachteil, dass diese bei Motoren mit erheblicher Leistungssteigerung oder bei langer Laufleistung brechen können.
Die Serienventile sind innen Hohl und Natrium gekühlt. Bei dem sehr dünnen Ventilschaft von nur 6mm bleibt da nicht viel Material um das Ventil zu schützen!

Bei der Installation eines neuen Dreinut Ventils empfehlen wir immer die Installation neuer OEM-Ventilkeile. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Ventil ordnungsgemäß sitzt. Wenn gebrauchte Keile benutzt werden, haben diese möglicherweise Verschließ, das Ventil sitzt nicht korrekt und hat Spiel.

Passend für alle 4 Zylinder T(F)SI Motoren, vom EA113 bis EA888 Evo4 und bei allen 5 Zylinder TFSI Motoren.
