These head gaskets are used especially for high performance engines in formula and rally sports. Due to the special composition of different metal multilayers not only a far better thermal conductivity is achieved, but also the pressure stability is increased enormously! These head gaskets are used in both naturally aspirated and turbocharged engines in motorsports.
Different strengths of the head gaskets are offered, so that the compression can be individually adapted to each 2.0 TFSI engine.
In any case, new head bolts should be used! Or even better ARP stud bolt.
