2.0 TFSI pro tuning that lasts a long time
If you’re looking for the right way to tune your 2.0 TFSI engine with K04 turbo, then you’ve come to the right place. Here you’ll find all the tuning parts you need for enhancing performance like a pro – handily divided into five tuning stages. With a whopping 250 more PS (184 kW), you can get to 480 PS (353 kW). And of course, we also tell you how to make this last as long as possible.

You don't need any additional components here. Simply install and have fun! You should not use longlife oil, but rather our oil. We also recommend our Oil Catchtank Kit + PCV Fix with TÜV!

We recommend to fill up with 102 octane fuel. This gives your engine more power because it knocks less! The turbocharger should not be too old. Engine in good condition. The base must be right. Our tip is to install the GFB air recirculation valve.

You need this extra to make it last:
For this performance level we recommend our Upgrade intercooler. You'll always have full power, even in warm temperatures. Our intercooler comes with a TÜV certificate. In addition, we recommend our high performance coilpack. The original ignition coils are very sensitive and could lead to misfiring.

In order to prevent your engine oil from overheating and to ensure an optimal temperature and oil consistency in your engine, you need an oil cooler kit! We recommend you to order our
digital oil temperature gauge, so you always have the oil temperature of your engine at a glance. We also recommend our high performance ignition coils. The original ignition coils are very sensitive and could lead to misfires at this performance.

Due to higher loads and more boost pressure, you need stronger pistons and connecting rods for your engine. With forged pistons and our steel I-shaft connecting rods you can drive the V2 tuning kit to 420 PS stable and safe! To bring the performance on the road, you need a reinforced sports clutch. The original clutch can not handle the increased torque. For vehicles with DSG transmission, the DSG software must be adapted. More engine power also generates more heat, which means a higher oil temperature. So that your engine oil does not overheat and there is always an optimal temperature and oil condition in your engine, you absolutely need an oil cooler kit! As a perfect addition we recommend to order our digital oil temperature gauge: so you always have the oil temperature in view! Also here we recommend our high performance ignition coils.

If you have already installed a downpipe, upgrade intercooler and upgrade high-pressure pump, you can continue to use them. If not, these parts are absolutely necessary! A good chip tuning is needed for this conversion.

If you want to get the full performance out of your 2.0 TFSI, you must not forget the cooling. Even a little extra power puts a lot of strain on your engine! The thermal load increases and affects all areas of your vehicle, even the transmission suffers from the new power. At best, the hard-earned power is reduced again; at worst, your engine suffers major damage. So that you can tune your engine safely and reliably, we provide you with everything you need for perfect cooling. Although it is ideal to install all parts together in a cooling bundle, you don't necessarily have to order everything at once. Each product helps you to improve cooling.

In his 10 years in Formal 1, he supervised 73 races, including as engine mechanic for Ralf Schumacher at Toyota.
