Clutch alignment tool – Developed by BAR-TEK®

We developed our 2-in-1 clutch alignment tool ourselves, to make it easier for you to install your 6-speed gearbox. With it, you’ll successfully install the multi-disc clutch with precision. It can also be used to accurately guide the input shaft. And, as you’d expect from us, the tool also looks great.

BAR-TEK® clutch alignment tool for 6-speed transmission

Here we have developed and tested a 2 in 1 clutch centering tool. On the one hand, it is required for the assembly of a multi plate clutch (e.g. Sachs RCS or Tilton) so that the gear shaft engages exactly in the gearing. This guarantees easy assembly of the 02M and 02Q gearbox. Secondly, the precise guidance is given if the input shaft has been fitted with our BAR-TEK pilot bearing.

The alignment tool is made of high-strength steel, then galvanized and provided with the BAR-TEK logo. The optical highlight is the grip, which is ribbed for better handling.

Hallo. Geht der Dorn auch für Dreischeibenkupplung Tilton. Für 01E Audi Getriebe 26mm Durchmesser. Mfg

Hallo Markus, nein den Zentrierdorn kann man beim 01E Getriebe nicht verwenden. MFG

His first car was a Polo Mk1 with a 40 Weber twin carburetor and 129 PS (95 kW). His second was an Audi 50. Today Bartek tunes Lamborghinis to 1000 PS (735 kW). Even as a young boy, Bartek disassembled vehicles and put everything back together better. He wrote his high school diploma with oil on his fingers. The trained automotive mechanic with a focus on engines and gearboxes was determined to go into motorsports. In his 10 years in Formal 1, he supervised 73 races, including as engine mechanic for Ralf Schumacher at Toyota. Since 2010, he has dedicated himself fully to his company BAR-TEK® and helps his customers to bring VW and Audi engines to peak performance.
