2.0L and 2.5L TFSI Oil Cooler - by BAR-TEK®
We have long been concerned with the oil temperature and how to bring it into an optimal range. No external solution could convince us and that's why we designed this oil cooler ourselves for 2.0L and 2.5L TFSI engines. Oil cooler for 2.0L & 2.5L TFSI engines
You know the problem, you have a tuned 2.0L TFSI and your oil temperature gets too high? You want to have an external oil cooler, but you can't find a suitable solution?
The BAR-TEK® team has the perfect solution for you. We've been working on this topic for a long time and have researched, developed and extensively tested an oil cooler system for you.

Often the original heat exchangers are simply removed, but from our point of view this makes no sense as there is no thermostat available. At colder temperatures the oil does not reach the desired operating temperature. We have installed an 80°C thermostat internally and therefore the kit can also be used in winter without any problems. But also in summer the oil temperature remains in the perfect temperature range with our system.
The oil cooler flange is milled from the full and is attached plug & play to the original mounting points. The original cooling circuit is also retained. The cooling itself is done by a coated 13-row high performance oil cooler, which is connected by pressed steel-coated high-pressure hoses.
