You do not need any additional components here. Instead of Longlife oil, it is better to use our GTX Racing Oil.
We recommend filling up with 102 octane fuel. This gives your engine more power because it knocks less! The turbocharger should not be too old and the engine should be in good condition. The basis must be right. We also strongly recommend installing the GFB pop off valve. If you need new spark plugs anyway, it's best to order our upgrade spark plugs straight away.

We recommend our upgrade intercooler for this performance level. This means you always have full power, even in warm temperatures.
As a mega tip: With our Open Air Intake with TÜV you have up to 25 PS more power. The same applies here: 102 octane are mandatory and the GFB diverter valve must not be missing!

You need a reinforced sports clutch so that you can bring the power to the road. The original clutch can't handle the increased torque. For DSG vehicles we recommend our reinforced DSG clutch for torques above 500 Nm. This can transmit up to 700 Nm! For the optimum transmission oil temperature, it is necessary to install our transmission oil cooler kit. This will protect your DSG gearbox from overheating! So that your engine oil does not overheat and always produces an optimal temperature and oil condition in your engine, we recommend our oil cooler kit, which is however still in work. For the oil cooler kit, we recommend that you order our digital oil temperature display, so you always have the oil temperature of your engine at a glance.
If you have already installed an upgrade intercooler, downpipe and an upgrade high-pressure pump, you can continue to use them. If not, these parts are unavoidable!

You can also choose an even larger turbo for even more boost, the rest of the parts remain as recommended.

This is how you improve the cooling:
If you want to get the full performance out of your engine, you must not forget the cooling. Even a little extra power puts a lot of strain on your engine! The thermal load increases and affects all areas of your vehicle, even the transmission suffers from the new power. At best, the hard-earned power is reduced again; at worst, your engine suffers major damage. So that you can tune your engine safely and reliably, we provide you with everything you need for perfect cooling. Although it is ideal to install all parts together in a cooling bundle, you don't necessarily have to order everything at once. Each product helps you to improve cooling.
The perfect turbocharger for your tuning project
The turbocharger is one of the most important tuning measures of all, as there is huge performance potential in the compression ratio. This is why you will find all the turbos from the guides and suitable alternatives in this special turbo guide, for example if you prefer a specific manufacturer. We have also compiled a lot of information for you on the subject of turbochargers, which you should take a look at. In addition to the detailed turbo tips, there is a page on running in engines correctly, turbo lag and, of course, our 14 turbo rules.
The performance figures given here are based on our experience and can only give an indication. Every engine is different and many factors such as the fuel used, software tuning, or mileage run play a serious role in the maximum performance to be achieved.
