Here you can find out what you need for turning 400 hp into as much as 1.000 hp. From chip tuning in Stage 1 to the upgrade turbocharger, intercooler, and so on in Stage 5 – we have it all. As the components in this tuning guide fit together perfectly, this is the way to safe and long-lasting tuning for your 2.5L TFSI in the RS .

You need this extra to make it last:
In stage 2, we recommend installing NGK RACE spark plugs. This means you always have a stable spark and don't have to worry about misfiring. To ensure that your engine oil does not overheat and that your engine always has an optimum temperature and oil condition, you absolutely need our oil cooler kit!

If you want to get the full performance out of your 2.5L TFSI, you must not forget the cooling. Even a little extra power puts a lot of strain on your engine! The thermal load increases and affects all areas of your vehicle, even the transmission suffers from the new power. At best, the hard-earned power is reduced again; at worst, your engine suffers major damage. So that you can tune your engine safely and reliably, we provide you with everything you need for perfect cooling. Although it is ideal to install all parts together in a cooling bundle, you don't necessarily have to order everything at once. Each product helps you to improve cooling.

The trained automotive mechanic with a focus on engines and gearboxes was determined to go into motorsports. In his 10 years in Formal 1, he supervised 73 races, including as engine mechanic for Ralf Schumacher at Toyota. Since 2010, he has dedicated himself fully to his company BAR-TEK® and helps his customers to bring VW and Audi engines to peak performance.
