Description

Forged high-performance pistons from Wiseco for VW 2.0L 8V ABA engines with turbo and 20V cylinder head.

Features:

  • Bore 82.50, 83.00 or 83.50mm
  • 21mm piston pin
  • Compression ratio 8:1
  • For 20V cylinder head
  • Piston skirt coated for less friction
  • Complete set incl. piston pin, rings and clips
  • Installation and bore dimensions included

The specified compression is in conjunction with a 1.65mm cylinder head gasket.

As the standard connecting rods cannot withstand a power increase from 300 hp, we recommend using steel connecting rods.

From a boost pressure of 2 bar, reinforced TURBO piston pins must be used. (see below)
