Description

The highlight: Finally the perfect manifold for large turbochargers on the 2.5L TFSI engine!

Turbo manifold with single pipe guide, V-band flange and external Tial MV-R Wastegate connection for 2.5L TFSI engines in the Audi TTRS and RS3.

The exhaust manifold as a component of the exhaust system must be able to withstand the high temperatures of the exhaust gases (over 900 °C). The BAR-TEK® turbo exhaust manifold is made of high quality, temperature resistant stainless steel. The manifold is designed for turbochargers with external Tial MVR Wastegate and V-band flange connection.

Attention: At the Audi TTRS the air conditioning lines have to be removed!

With this perfectly tuned manifold you can run the really big Garrett turbochargers and give your Audi some real power!

Our plasma coating:

(Picture shows manifold with our new patented ceramic coating. Coating is NOT included in the price. We can coat any color with a 3 year warranty! Please just ask)

Ceramic coating is better than heat tape insulation. The process is still applied by hand individually on each component. All kinds of components like manifolds or exhaust turbines of turbochargers can be coated. First a base coat in beige colour is applied. Afterwards up to 14 different colours can be chosen.

The price is calculated according to effort and colour and starts at 500 Euro.

Advantages of Plasma Ceramic coating:

  • Better properties than ordinary heat tape
  • Durable up to approx. 900°C
  • Reduction of the surface temperature by approx. 33
  • Up to 50°C lower engine compartment temperature
  • High effect with low weight (0.3 mm thickness)
  • More effective engine performance and service life
  • Improves "spool up" (acceleration) of the turbocharger
  • Faster cooling of the entire engine
  • 3 years warranty (Ceramic coating only clean with soap, no brake cleaner!)
  • There are 14 different colours to choose from.

Blue coating is NOT included in the price.
