The exhaust manifold as a component of the exhaust system must be able to withstand the high temperatures of the exhaust gases (over 900 °C). The BAR-TEK® turbo exhaust manifold is made of high quality, temperature resistant stainless steel. The manifold is designed for turbochargers with external Tial MVR Wastegate and V-band flange connection.

Ceramic coating is better than heat tape insulation. The process is still applied by hand individually on each component. All kinds of components like manifolds or exhaust turbines of turbochargers can be coated. First a base coat in beige colour is applied. Afterwards up to 14 different colours can be chosen.
The price is calculated according to effort and colour and starts at 500 Euro.
Advantages of Plasma Ceramic coating:
