Tuning guide for 2.0L TFSI engines with K03 turbo
Up to 480 PS for all 2.0l TFSI engines of the EA113 series with timing belt and 200 PS (147 kW) as standard – That’s what you get with this tuning guide! We show you how to get up to 480 PS (353 kW) out of your engine safely and reliably. All the parts are perfectly matched and divided into four tuning stages, to ensure you get maximum performance.
Of course, you can also take a direct look at all performance parts for 2.0 TFSI EA113 engines.

You don't need any additional components here. Simply install and have fun! But you should not use Longlife oil. Instead, use our fully synthetic turbo oil.
We also recommend our Oil Catchtank Kit + PCV Fix with TÜV!
To ensure that your engine knocks less and therefore gets more power, we recommend fuel with 102 octane. In addition, the turbocharger should not be too old. The engine should also be in good condition: This is the best basis for chip tuning. Always check the diverter valve!

You will need a reinforced sports clutch so that you can transfer the power to the road. The original clutch cannot handle the increased torque. An oil cooler must be installed to ensure sufficient cooling. You can obtain this from us as a plug & play oil cooler kit for the 2.0L TFSI. We also recommend our high-performance ignition coils. The original ignition coils are very sensitive and could lead to misfiring at this power.
If you have already installed a downpipe, an upgrade intercooler and an upgrade high-pressure pump, you can continue to use them.

Now it's time for reinforced pistons and connecting rods. With forged pistons and steel h-beam connecting rods you can drive the V2 tuning kit to 420 PS stable and safe! High loads and more boost pressure are no longer a problem. In addition, you need a reinforced sports clutch with a single mass flywheel that withstands the higher torque. For vehicles with DSG transmission, the DSG software must be adapted. More engine power also generates more heat, so a higher oil temperature. To prevent your engine oil from overheating and to ensure that your engine always has the optimum temperature and oil quality, you'll need our oil cooler kit! We also recommend our high performance ignition coils.
The following parts are absolutely necessary: Downpipe, upgrade charge air cooler and an upgrade high-pressure pump.
If you have already installed the parts, you can simply continue to use them. A good chip tuning is required for this upgrade.

This is how you improve the cooling:
If you want to get the full power out of your 2.0L TFSI with K03 turbo, you must not forget the cooling. Even a little extra power puts a significant strain on your engine! The thermal load increases and affects all areas of your vehicle, even the transmission suffers from the new power. At best, the hard-earned power is reduced again; at worst, your engine suffers major damage. So that you can tune your engine safely and reliably, we provide you with everything you need for perfect cooling. Although it is ideal to install all parts together in a cooling bundle, you don't necessarily have to order everything at once. Each product helps you to improve cooling.
The perfect turbocharger for your tuning project
The turbocharger is one of the most important tuning measures of all, as there is huge performance potential in the compression ratio. This is why you will find all the turbos from the guides and suitable alternatives in this special turbo guide, for example if you prefer a specific manufacturer. We have also compiled a lot of information for you on the subject of turbochargers, which you should take a look at. In addition to the detailed turbo tips, there is a page on running in engines correctly, turbo lag and, of course, our 14 turbo rules.
