Description

If you're looking for individuality, you've come to the right place. With our stainless steel exhaust flaps, you can build your own flap exhaust just the way you want it. Whether loud or quiet, you decide yourself.

Versions:

  • Open: the damper is closed at negative pressure and opens as the negative pressure decreases.
  • Closed: the damper is closed and then opens with negative pressure.

The operation of the dampers is simple:

When closed, the exhaust gases are directed through a silencer. As soon as the flap opens, a part goes through for example a continuous pipe or silencer replacement. This makes the exhaust louder.

The vacuum-controlled flap is closed in the vacuum range and opens as soon as the vacuum decreases or, in the case of turbo engines, goes into overpressure. For example, a hose is laid from the intake manifold to the pressure socket of the flap or the flap is alternatively controlled via a remote control or switch. For this purpose, a clock valve is then installed.
