Racing feeling for tuning fans: Our original BAR-TEK® sport valve spring set made of high-quality tempered steel with titanium spring plates. Suitable for all 2.5L TFSI engines as installed in the Audi RS3 and TT RS.
These valve springs have an extra adjusted spring rate and provide a faster and better response of your 2.5L TFSI engine. The titanium spring retainer allow for a lighter valve train, plus more charge pressure and higher RPMs are no longer a problem. The durability is perfect for very high revs and makes driving your TT RS or RS3 a lot of fun.
Our 2.5L sport valve springs are necessary as soon as more charge pressure is driven or also when other camshafts (e.g. B. Schrick sport camshafts for Audi TT RS and RS3) are installed. Unfortunately, the original springs often break or the valves do not close properly. Both problems lead to a capital engine damage!

We recommend this valve spring kit for 2.5L TFSI engines with modified camshafts and/or for upgrade turbochargers with more charge pressure.
Please note: Our sports valve springs are designed for high performance. They are made from a special heat-treated steel that has a high level of strength and toughness. They are specially coated and have a higher material thickness than standard springs. This makes them ideal for sporting use.
Not only the material itself, but also the design of our valve springs is something special. Thanks to their oval shape, a larger valve lift is created. Among other things, this increases the speed stability of your engine. The conical design (the spring is narrower at the top) reduces the mass and also has a positive effect on the overall engine running.
With the oval shape, we have also eliminated a problem that can go hand in hand with increased power and springs that are too weak. This is because turbocharged engines can have problems with boost pressure if the valves or the plates and springs are too weak. Bartek explains what this feels like in the video below on the valve springs.
With the optimum shape, we therefore ensure that the springs cannot go on block (and break) and that the correct preload is always applied to the springs. As a result, the engine revs up more smoothly and there are no more problems with the boost pressure.
