Sport valve spring kit with titanium spring retainers for extreme performance in Audi S4 & RS4

Reinforced valve train for your 2.7L Biturbo: Complete kit of valve springs for intake- and exhaust valves including spring plates made of high-strength steel and titanium. You need this kit to drive your Audi S4 & RS4 with high boost pressure without any problems.

The kit contains everything to make your valve train fit for extreme needs: With it, boost pressures up to 3 bar are no problem at all! And because the springs and plates can withstand this pressure, high engine speeds of up to 7800 rpm are no longer an issue. You can enjoy full power without worrying about valve flutter.

Why do I need reinforced valve springs in the Audi S4 and RS4?

If you change the power of your Audi S4 or RS4, the boost pressure will also increase. Because the more fresh air we let into the cylinder, the more we can burn, that much is clear. However, due to the overlap of intake and exhaust, extreme pressures act on the valve heads and thus against the valve springs. Your stock parts usually can't withstand this high boost pressure. When driving, you feel like someone is holding the car down with a rubber band. We then have combustion misfires and less power up top. Our sport valve spring set is designed to be reinforced so that they can withstand up to 3 bars of boost pressure without any problems. So you can enjoy correspondingly more power and better throttle response. You're no longer racing against the rubber band, you can go all out.

Optimized for the Audi 2.7L Biturbo

Of course, the valve springs come in an adjusted spring rate for all 2.7L Biturbo engines. They are made of high quality heat-treated steel and can be easily replaced plug & play.
