Oil and water lines for your turbo
To ensure that the oil and water circulation of your car operates smoothly, the individual lines for oil should be replaced occasionally – especially when you install a new turbocharger. The old oil and water lines can transport dirt particles and residues into the turbocharger, leading to major engine damage.

Oil and water line kit for turbochargers
For you to be able to install your turbocharger in full, you need our kit, consisting of oil and water lines, dash connections and flanges. The oil lines have a teflon core and are extremely temperature resistant. The water lines come with a rubber core and steel sheath. The kit contains all of the inlet and outlet lines. It is suitable for installing a turbocharger, for instance, in the Polo G40 or Golf VR6. The manufacturer of this kit, Goodridge, supplies Formula-1-teams with their parts.
Our water lines for all Garrett GT and GTX turbochargers with M14 x 1.5 mm connection are also available as a complete set. The two water lines are made of high-quality stainless steel and thus far more durable than conventional hoses. Nonetheless, you can bend the water lines into the desired shape and rotate them by 360°. The set also includes the right installation material as well as hollow screws and sealing rings.
Flanges and oil restrictors by BAR-TEK
In order to protect your turbo against nasty damage, you should install a larger oil return for the bigger Garrett turbochargers. This way, the hot oil can be transported faster and doesn´t damage your turbo. With the Garrett oil return flange, implementation is very easy. The adapter fits the turbocharger and the oil pan perfectly; the seal is included in the delivery. It can also be purchased individually. We recommend for you to replace the seal after every removal of the oil return adapter.
For your ball-bearing turbocharger, you also need an oil restrictor. It reduces the flow of oil to the turbo. We can make oil inlet lines of any length for you. They are always made of high-quality teflon.
