Injection nozzles and injectors
Injectors supply your engine with fuel and must therefore be in top shape. If they are not, failures can occur that go from annoying to definitely problematic.
For instance:
- your engine has problems starting up,
- misfiring during combustion,
- increased fuel consumption,
- the failure memory reports a defect.
To prevent such failures from occurring, you ought to have your injection nozzles checked at regular intervals and have them replaced, if needed.

We also offer professional testing and cleaning of your fuel injectors and high-pressure injectors. Your electric injection nozzles are cleaned in an ultrasonic bath on our ASNU test bench. Deposits such as combustion and additive residues are completely removed from the nozzle mechanism. We also check all possible parameters of your injectors:
- Flow rate
- Jet pattern
- Flow volume
We then fit the nozzles with new sealing rings, filters and logs and pack them appropriately, as they are very sensitive. Even completely new injectors can have a scattering of the injection quantity and should therefore be checked and matched. We'll take care of it!

The 2.0L TFSI EA113 RSX kit for power outputs from 500 PS, for example, comes with four upgrade nozzles that have around 40% more flow than the standard nozzles. Their spray pattern is ideal for TFSI engines such as the Audi TT 8J or the S3 8P.

Our Bosch fuel injector kits are also perfect for increasing the performance of many models and engines, including 1.8T, 2.0L TFSI, G60 and Co! They are also ideal for G60, 16VG60 and Polo G40 conversions to turbo or with G60 supercharger. They come with adapter plugs.
Siemens fuel injectors
Siemens fuel injectors with high flow rates are also essential for turbo upgrades. No change to the fuel pressure is necessary, only the chip needs to be adapted. These injectors are suitable for models such as VR6, 16V 1.8T Audi S2.
