This kit is made for you if you are serious about performance. In our ULTIMATE kit is everything included that makes you and your engine happy: Power up to 1000 HP with your 5 cylinder engine!

Perfectly tuned: 2.5L TFSI ULTIMATE Kit stands strong for up to 1000 HP power.

Whenever you think more is not possible, think of this kit. Because here we have once again outdone ourselves. The ULTIMATE Kit is not called that for nothing! Here you have everything you need for the best performance with your 5 cylinder: A perfectly matched combination of forged pistons, connecting rods, connecting rod screws, connecting rod bearings, head gasket and stud bolt.

Just visually, this set can do it all: Our BAR-TEK® H-shaft steel connecting rods, matching high performance pistons from JE Pistons are available as Ultra Series. All other parts are also of the highest quality: ARP connecting rod bolts, connecting rod bearings, MLS head gasket from Cometic and ARP stud bolt for the cylinder head.

That's really all you need. These components not only harmonize perfectly with each other, but you also save money in the set compared to buying them individually!

Extreme kit for extreme performance

Our kit is of course not only visually eye-catching, but is also designed for extreme performance. Herewith your 2.5L TFSI is worry-free steadfast up to 1000 HP! This is due to the fact that we pack only the best components in our Ultimate Kit and these are also optimally matched to each other.

The JE Pistons-piston in this kit are extra coated for extreme performance and come with the High Boost piston pins. At the same time, they are still quite light. This combo is of course perfect for motorsports. With the piston comes everything you need for installation: bolts, rings and clips.

Alsoextremely light and at the same time very strong are our special titanium-nitrided steel connecting rods. Thanks to their surface, they can withstand high pressure loads without any problems. They are machined from solid and have an additional bore for better piston pin lubrication (Rifle Drilled). They also come with everything you need for mounting: the matching ARP2000 expansion bolts and mounting paste.

These two parts are the stars in the kit and are rounded out by high performance bolts, racing lead bearings and co. As I said, more simply does not go!

Features of ACL connecting rod bearings:

Features of APR stud bolt for the block and head:

  • A MUST for all engines that run with increased charge pressure!
  • The most important bolts from the world market leader ARP.
  • The stud bolt are made of 8740 chromoly steel and have rounded threads.
  • Up to 40% stronger stretch steel than stock bolts.
  • All ARP high performance bolt kits include ARP paste.
  • Additional ARP bolts for the bearing blocks

Features of the MLS head gasket

  • Multi-layer metal head gasket
  • Stock thickness for optimum compression of 9.5:1

Fits all 2.5L TFSI EA855 engines as installed in the RS3 and TTRS.

We recommend in any case to reinforce the valve train with our valve springs and Ferrea valves. You can find them below in the accessories.
