- The soft rubber flaps react much faster than the otherwise often used metal flaps.
- The flaps are extremely resistant. High oil temperatures and dirt particles are no problem.
- The sump ensures that the oil pump is always surrounded by sufficient engine oil, thus ensuring the oil supply to the engine at all times, even at high G-forces.

Aluminum oil pan with baffle suitable for all 2.0L TFSI with conversion to 1.8T oil pump.
This oil pan is completely made of aluminum, with integrated aluminum baffle and flaps made of rubber. It is simply installed in place of the stock oil pan without any adjustment work required
Thanks to the baffles you have in the middle, where the oil pump sucks always sufficiently high oil level. The rubber flaps prevent the oil from running back out of the center due to centrifugal force when cornering, so that the pump cannot suck in air. Especially on the track with fast curves indispensable.

Before assembly, the oil pan should be thoroughly cleaned again. Delivery without intake snorkel (picture is only for better representation)
The oil pan fits ONLY in conjunction with conversion to our kill kit with race oil pump or 1.8T oil pump.
