First flange for an oil cooler kit on the market, specifically designed for the 1.6L & 2.0L TDI engine in many VAG vehicles by BAR-TEK®.
Even from the factory, the TDI engines in the Golf 7 struggle with high oil temperatures. If you are driving in high summer, or your Golf is performance optimized, temperatures of 140 C° are not uncommon. Our oil cooler flange prevents high oil temperatures whereby a constant oil pressure and optimal oil condition is guaranteed. This has a positive effect on the life of the 2.0L TDI engine.

The flange not only impresses with its easy installation, but also has a constant oil temperature and oil pressure control due to its high-quality processing.
Unfortunately, VAG has changed the course of the water lines on some vehicles. So it can happen that the fitting collides with the line. We are currently working on a solution for this. Before ordering this should be checked to exclude any incompatibility.

Major adjustment work must be performed for the following engine codes: CUPA, DFCA, DGCA.
The thermostat must be loosened so that the oil cooler flange fits and the necessary space is gained. Unfortunately, the lower screw of the thermostat must then be dispensed with.
