Our team of experienced motorsport professionals develops many of our tuning parts themselves in our workshop, "Area 51". Every item is tested and further developed on our internal performance test bench until it meets our high standards. In addition, every new product from external manufacturers also goes through our quality control and only enters the store when we would install it in our own mothers' cars. Our quality and safety standards are permanently increased in this way.
TÜV included
Includes parts certificate for the TÜV
TÜV certified
This component comes with a TÜV parts certificate so that you can install and enjoy it straight away. Please note that the TÜV certificate does not necessarily apply to every engine of a particular type. Some developments and performance levels are so new that the certificates are only offered later by the manufacturers. Please first take a look at the PDF document that you can find under “Downloads”. It states exactly which engine codes and vehicles the TÜV certification applies to.

The Ultimate Kit for your TFSI. Our billet valve cover in combination with our Catchtank Kit. Suitable for all 2.0L TFSI engines, such as in the Golf 5 GTI, Audi S3, TTS and many more.
A better solution to minimize carbonization of the inlet valves does not exist. The kit gives your engine bay the perfect look and the best thing, with TUV.
Too much clogged intake valves can lead to a major engine damage due to valve breakage!
Further disadvantages of coking:
Unround idling
power loss
The coking at the intake valves and in the intake duct is caused by long-life oils, inferior fuel and frequent short-distance operation. In general, the coking can not be prevented, only delay. That's why we recommend installing our Oil Catchtank Kit to fight the dirty gases.
The system is completely closed. With the kit, the crankcase and block vent oil vapors are directed into the catchtank. All gases go into the catchtank, are filtered and returned via a special hose to the intake, upstream of the turbocharger (only for K03 and K04 turbochargers).
The kit consists of:
1x Billet Valvecover
1x oil catchtank open, size: 140mm x 80mm
1x holder for the Catchtank
1x 2 meter dash 10 lines with nylon fabric (especially oil resistant)
2x 45 ° Dash 10 fitting
2x 90 ° Dash 10 fitting
2x NPT on Dash 10 Adapter 90 ° for the Catchtank
1x adapter boost gauge for the intake manifold
1x adapter engine breather turbocharger
1x adapter Dash 10 engine breather block
1x hose recirculation hose turbocharger
2x hose clamps
1x roll of Teflon tape
Note for use in cold climates: The Catchtank is designed primarily for a warm climate. In winter at temperatures below 0 ° C, the condensation that forms in the system can freeze. This would result in increased crankcase pressure, which can lead to engine damage. We recommend checking and draining the Catchtank system more frequently during the winter, or removing it completely for the cold period.

Important note on the certificate!
The certificate for the TÜV is only valid for some models. If you come from DE / AT and need an expert opinion, please first have a look at the PDF document that you can find under "Downloads".
