VAG Magnetic oil plug for Haldex clutch

Here is a really nice, affordable upgrade for all Haldex four wheel drive vehicles.

It's common knowledge that the pre-charge pump filter gets clogged over time with sludge that accumulates around the Haldex pump oil strainer. This sludge is formed from a nasty emulsion of oil, condensation, worn friction material and tiny iron particles. This clogs the surface of the Haldex filter fairly quickly and blocks the flow of oil to the pump. Many owners have experienced their four-wheel drive vehicle becoming more and more front-wheel drive.

The new RacingLine magnetic Haldex plug attracts and separates these tiny abrasive and ferrous metal particles, making the filter last much longer. This can delay the service interval or replacement of the filter by up to 30,000 km.

Installation couldn't be easier. Just screw the two new plugs into the housing at the next Haldex service. That's it.
