Professional testing and cleaning of injection nozzles and high-pressure injectors now available directly from us!

With our modern ASNU test bench (ASNU=As New), we offer a professional service for all electric petrol injection nozzles. The scope of the service includes cleaning in an ultrasonic bath to completely remove deposits such as combustion and additive residues from the injector mechanism. The flow rate of the injection nozzles is measured statically and dynamically, the jet pattern is checked and the flow rates are checked for uniformity. All injectors are supplied with new sealing rings, filters and a protocol.

When and why the injector service:

• Engine starts badly
• Misfiring
• Rough and poor engine running
• increased fuel consumption
• Fault memory reports defect
• Pairing on flow rate

Even new injectors have a certain variation in the injection quantity! The manufacturers specify a tolerance of up to 8% as "normal". In the worst case, however, this can lead to incorrect injection quantities per cylinder. As a result, the cylinders are injected with different amounts of fuel and the engine does not run cleanly or damage can occur to piston or valves! Thanks to our ASNU injector test bench, we can also test new injectors and thus pair them optimally.

We can test almost all injection nozzles and injectors, but NO DIESEL injectors.

We will send you a data sheet with the before/after values.

If we do not have the manufacturer's target values, the injectors are compared with each other and the percentage deviation between them is calculated.

Please pack piezo injectors carefully as they are very sensitive.

You will receive your piezo injectors back in a box specially designed for the injector.

How do I proceed once I have decided in favour of the injector service?

1. Select the injector to be tested, if you do not know which injector you have, then look at the pictures above.
2. Now select the treatment (Express, Normal) and the number of nozzles to be checked.
3. If you are sure that you have selected the right injectors and the right number, put everything in the shopping basket (want to have) and complete the purchase.
4. Download the injector data sheet, fill it in and send it with the injectors to the address on the injector data sheet.
5. We will now take care of the injector service, return despatch and everything else.
