Do you have questions about your order status or want to know where your package is?
Log in to your customer account. Click on Order there. Now you can see the status of your order and, if applicable, the status of your package at the package service provider.
You don't have a customer account? No problem. When the package is sent, you will receive the tracking number of the shipping service provider from us. You can use the number to check the status of the parcel at DHL and DPD.
Only when the package has not moved for seven days can we submit an inquiry. Until then you have to be patient. Unfortunately we cannot influence anything during this time.

The delivery date says "Has been reordered".
"Has been reordered" means that we have ordered the item from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not have a delivery date yet.

As a rule, the manufacturers deliver within the time window that we specified for the item.
Unfortunately, it happens that manufacturers themselves have delivery problems so that we do not get the articles on time. It is sometimes difficult, especially now with the coronavirus.
We do our best and try to send you your order as soon as possible.
Can you return the parts if they do not fit?
Within the framework of the right of withdrawal within the EU, you can return parts purchased from us. The conditions for this can be found on the linked page.
Important to know:
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. This is regulated by law.
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling on your part that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
In simple words: If the part is no longer 100% in order, then we can retain a part of the purchase price for the loss of value. So: Take care of the parts if you are not sure that you want to keep them.
