Harmonic vibration damper for the crankshaft suitable for the Lancer Evo 8, 9 and 10.
The standard damper only has a rubber compound which is ONLY designed for a standard engine.
The harmonic vibration damper has a GEL filling and eliminates ALL negative vibrations that occur on the entire crankshaft drive across the entire speed range!
Especially with tuned engines, where a different crankshaft, piston or conrods are installed, the standard damper should be replaced by the Fluidampr. Otherwise, there is a risk of the crankshaft breaking at high engine speeds!
Further advantages:
Approval in the SFI series (American standard for racing)
