Complete sports kit from Sachs RACE with single-mass flywheel for the Golf 4 R32 or V6 with 6-speed conversion.
The standard built-in dual mass flywheel provides better starting comfort, but is too heavy for the first time and secondly not suitable for high torque transmission.
Optimal kit for performance-enhanced R32 or V6 engines that have been converted to 02M (6-speed) gearboxes. Especially in the V6 Turbo, the vulnerable 5-speed gearbox was to be converted to the 02M gearbox. This kit fits perfectly!
Attention: The clutch spring assembly must be on the motor side.
When ordering, please specify which gear is installed.
When converting to a single-mass flywheel, rattling noises may occu in neutral..
However, these are harmless and occur in the transmission. As soon as the clutch is pressed, these noises disappear.
The only remedy is a harmonic vibration damper but the noises will not disappear completely.
In addition, of course, the pedal force increases, since the clutch is designed for higher torques.
