CNC milled billet adapters to replace the brittle plastic inserts.
For all 1.8T 20V engines that are fitted with an intake manifold with e-gas and cable as standard:
V1 Colour black for cable like e. g. in: AGU, AEB, AJH etc. (thread diameter 24mm)
V2 colour silver for e-gas such as e. g. in: BAM, AJQ, BEX, APX, APY, AMK, APP etc. (thread diameter 27mm)
With our inserts you now have the possibility to mount modern EV14, EV12 & EV6 injectors plug & play with the original fuel rail.
With the V1 you can now also use modern injectors in your 1.8T instead of the old, thick EV1 nozzles.
The inserts are simply replaced with the original plastic inserts in the intake manifold. Depending on the nozzle, extension adapters must be fitted to the AGU engine, see further at accesories.
Optionally, our complete fuel rail would also be a good extension.
