With our many years of experience in motorsport and tuning, we can now proudly offer you our specially developed high-performance forged pistons. Suitable for all 2.0L TSI engines such as the Golf 6, Golf 7, Leon Cupra, Audi S3 and many more.

Use of the latest CAD and FEA analysis software.
Machining with exact tolerances to a thousandth of a millimetre.
Additional internal machining for maximum weight reduction.
A difference of less than half a gram ensures maximum reliability and maximum performance.
The piston are tested under the toughest conditions.
For standard bore 82.50mm and first oversize 83.00mm.
Compression ratio of 9.5:1

Optimal complement to our H-shaft steel connecting rods
All our piston are manufactured in state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC facilities. 100% CNC- milled from high-quality forged aluminium, especially for street and drag race engines with very high performance.
All our piston are tested to the highest standards. They are steam blasted and shot peened internally to not only relieve stresses in the material, but also to reveal any imperfections that may cause the piston not to work as intended. All piston are also heat-treated.
Finally, handmade and individually weighed to give the piston a very special personal touch, they are then balanced and assigned to an engine set. The tolerances are so tight that there is no more than 0.5 grams between a piston set. Our piston are supplied with rings manufactured to the highest standards worldwide from the highest quality materials.
The specified compression is in conjunction with a 0.90mm cylinder head gasket.
