2.5L TFSI Audi RS3 8V & TTRS 8S DAZA & DNW forged pistons-set JE

Forged high-performance pistons from JE Piston in co-operation with BAR-TEK® ® Motorsport for all 2.5L TFSI EA855EVO engines in the Audi RS3 8V and TTRS 8S.

With our many years of experience in motorsport and tuning, we can now proudly offer you our exclusively developed high-performance forged pistons in co-operation with JE Pistons.

Our aim was to develop a perfect piston specifically for the EA855EVO aluminium block, which can easily withstand power outputs of 700 hp and much more. Specially developed ring zones, in combination with improved piston rings and piston pins, enable enormous increases in performance. Thanks to the new piston design, high boost pressures are no longer a problem with the aluminium block.

With the forged pistons kit from JE-Pistons, it is quite easy to reduce the compression ratio and at the same time obtain more power and durability. The engine also runs smoothly during the cold start phase and the special alloy of the piston enables low running clearance.

The compression ratio of these high-performance pistons is ideal at 9.5:1. The special ring zones ensure low blowby so as not to lose any performance.

The specified compression is in conjunction with a series cylinder head gasket with 1.40mm thickness.

JE's revolutionary Perfect Skirt coating is one of the many technologically advanced aspects of the Ultra Series. It protects the piston skirts, reduces friction and prevents cold start piston slap and false knock.

All Ultra Series piston are supplied with a ceramic crown coating as standard to ensure longer life and better exhaust gas cleaning properties. Thicker piston pins made of premium material are another feature of the Ultra series, and combined with the unique Grain Flow Optimised forging technology, the Ultra series is ready for tremendous performance.
