Description

Ideal set of our Race V2 forged pistons and steel connecting rods for your 2.0L TSI of the second and third generation such as e. g. in the Golf 6, Golf 7, Leon Cupra and many more.

With our many years of experience in motorsport and tuning, we can now proudly offer you our exclusively developed high-performance forged pistons in co-operation with MAHLE Motorsport.

Our ambition was to develop a perfect piston specifically for the EA888 engine that can easily withstand power outputs of 600bhp and much more. Specially developed ring zones in combination with improved piston rings enable enormous increases in performance. Thanks to the new piston design, even extreme boost pressures are no longer a problem.

It consists of MAHLE Race V2 forged pistons, high-strength BAR-TEK® ® H-shaft connecting rods and ACL connecting rod bearings. With this combination, you can turn your engine into a stable turbo engine and easily achieve performance levels above any level. As the components harmonise perfectly with each other, you don't have to search as much and save money with this set!

Features of the Mahle Race V2 piston:

  • new, exclusive piston design especially for 2.0L TSI engines
  • adapted ring zones and improved piston rings
  • Low running clearance possible thanks to special alloy
  • Smooth engine running even in cold start phase
  • High performance piston pin 21mm
  • Ideal compression ratio of 9.5:1 and optimum piston shape for EA888 engines
  • For standard bore 82.50mm or 1st oversize 83.00mm
  • Low blowby due to special ring zones
  • Anti-friction graphite coating

  • high-strength milled from solid material
  • suitable for extreme performance increases
  • extremely light and very stable
  • Magnaflux inspected

  • With ARP 2000 expansion bolts 3/8"
