Description

Sport clutch kit from Sachs Performance for 2.0L TSI EA888 4th generation engines such as in the Golf 8 GTI and many more.

The original dual mass flywheel provides better starting comfort, but it is too heavy and more importantly, it is not suitable for high torque transmission. We offer a reinforced clutch from Sachs Performance with a steelsingle mass flywheel.

Max. transmittable engine torque: 600 Nm, with the sintered disc even up to 700 Nm are feasible.
For vehicles with single disc clutch
Includes single mass flywheel, clutch pressure plate and clutch disc selectable with organic or sintered metal linings.

The clutch kit can only be driven with this release bearing.

When converting to a single-mass flywheel, rattling noises may occu in neutral.. However, these are harmless and occur in the transmission. As soon as the clutch is pressed, these noises disappear.

The only remedy is a harmonic vibration damper but the noises will not disappear completely. In addition, of course, the pedal force increases, since the clutch is designed for higher torques.
