Reinforced dual mass flywheel (DMF) for all 2.5L TFSI with DQ500 transmission
When installing a sports clutch, we recommend replacing the dual-mass flywheel. This has the advantage that you immediately exclude a weak point and save yourself double work that occurs in the event of a later defect.
features:
Bartek personally tested the dual-mass flywheel in conjunction with our sports clutch in the Audi TTRS 2.5L TFSI on the Nordschleife and in everyday life.
Important tip: With the 2.5L TFSI engine, no single-mass flywheels should be installed. By converting to a rigid single-mass flywheel, the crankshaft of the 5-cylinder TFSI engine can break!
You can find the right Sachs sports clutch and our 900 Nm BAR-TEK clutch for real steam below under Accessories!
