Forged high-performance pistons from WISECO for all VW Polo 1.6L 16V GTI engines.

Forged pistons for all Polo 1.6L 16V engines with engine code AJV, ARC and AVY.

  • 17mm piston pin
  • Compression ratio 8.8:1 for turbo conversions
  • Compression ratio 12.2:1 for naturally aspirated engines

  • Complete set incl. piston pin, rings and clips
  • Installation and drilling dimensions enclosed


The specified compression is in conjunction with a 0.64mm cylinder head gasket.

For piston, which are marked with a P in the design, aluminium spacers must be made. (Not included in the scope of delivery) These are then piston, which are NOT guided at the bottom of conrods, but at the top of piston.
