Independent of the statutory warranty claims, we grant a voluntary three-year guarantee on our Turbo-Total performance turbochargers. This guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. The statutory rights of the consumer (“guarantee”) remain unaffected by this guarantee.
1. Start of the guarantee:
The guarantee takes effect from the date of purchase.
2. Exclusion of the guarantee:
The guarantee is void in the event of improper use and in particular in the following cases:
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Opening the turbocharger or removing seals.
- Incorrect tuning of the engine, e.g. B. due to excessive boost pressure or excessive exhaust gas temperature.
- Use of unsuitable or incorrect lubricants.
- Damage caused by the ingress of foreign bodies.
- Leaks in the boost pressure system.
- Impurities in the oil.
- Clogged engine ventilation.
- Increased exhaust back pressure.
- Inadequate dimensioning of the intake or other components.
- Theft, accidents or flooding.
- Exceeding the maximum permissible turbo speed.
3. Warranty service:
In the event of a warranty claim, we have the right to either replace or repair the defective part. Claims beyond the repair will not be granted. Claims by the guarantee holder due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part, our vicarious agents or legal representatives as well as claims due to injury to life, body or health remain unaffected.
4. No transfer of the guarantee:
The guarantee applies exclusively to the first purchaser. In particular, it does not apply in the event of resale or gifting.
5. Notification and processing of the guarantee claim:
- Material and manufacturing defects that are covered by the guarantee must be reported within the guarantee period. The guarantee claim must be reported in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, email) within one month of its occurrence. The receipt of the notification by us is decisive for compliance with the deadline.
- If the repair or replacement is covered by the guarantee, the customer bears the costs of shipping to the guarantor and back.
- In the event of a fault not covered by the guarantee, the guarantee holder bears the costs of the repair. In this case, we will inform the guarantee holder and provide a cost estimate for the repair. The repair will only be carried out with the express consent of the guarantee holder.

High-tech upgrade turbocharger for the VW Golf 7 2.0 R that puts everything else in the shade - outstanding response behaviour with a solid performance of over 500+ hp and enormous torque.

Nürburgring Edition for maximum driving pleasure
Designed for extreme performance, this upgrade turbocharger is actually neither a upgrade nor a hybrid turbocharger. All components of the turbocharger are of extremely high quality and made from the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing specially manufactured for this turbocharger, an exhaust housing made of high-strength stainless steel with a larger exhaust flow rate is used. The latest technology can be found underneath the housing. As a special highlight, a specially developed, reverse-rotating high-performance fuselage assembly is used, which is comparable to the performance of a GTX3071R.
The compressor housing has been designed so that most of the tuning items available at accesories can be used. For example, the electric Turbosmart blow off valves fit without modification to the turbocharger and can simply be attached to the holes provided. The intake opening in front of the compressor wheel is kept absolutely original and therefore also enables the simple attachment of accesories intakes.
The exhaust housing has a maximum exhaust flow rate and has been specially manufactured for the high-quality fuselage assembly. The material chosen here is 1050°C stainless steel, which is also absolutely rustproof!
The duct routing is adapted to the performance and is flow-optimised down to the last detail, which also increases the durability to a maximum.
Another advantage: all downpipe fit to the outlet of the exhaust housing.

Compressor wheel:
The compressor wheel is forged and milled from special high-strength aluminium alloys. This manufacturing process gives the turbocharger a particularly high level of efficiency. The particularly even wheel geometry also reduces any pulsation noise.
Bearing:
The ceramic double ball bearings with metal cages guarantee fast response behaviour.
Cooling:
The turbocharger is equipped with water cooling. It is connected via two connection threads on the side.
Turbine wheel:
The use of Inconel as a turbine wheel material enables high exhaust gas temperatures.

Balancing service:
Fine balancing: To ensure the best possible durability, we offer our high-speed fine balancing service. This involves fine balancing the respective turbocharger to the best possible residual unbalance.
