The valve drive of your tuned V8 or V10 has to withstand a lot if you are aiming for an extreme increase in performance, such as e. g. a turbo conversion. Enormous forces are at work here, which the standard springs unfortunately cannot cope with. To ensure that the springs continue to work perfectly at high engine speeds, together with boost pressure, you should therefore use our sports valve springs kit.
The kit consists of valve springs for intake and exhaust valves and titanium spring discs. This means that a higher engine speed is no problem. So you can enjoy full power without worrying about valve flutter or broken rocker arms!
The valve springs are made from high-quality tempered steel and come with a customised spring rate and titanium spring plates to suit your engine.

Attention: Our sports valve springs are designed for high performance. They are made from a special heat-treated steel that is extremely strong and tough. They are specially coated and have a higher material thickness than standard springs. This makes them ideal for sporting use.
Not only the material itself, but also the design of our valve springs is something special. Thanks to their oval shape, a larger valve lift is created. Among other things, this increases the speed stability of your engine. The conical design (the spring is narrower at the top) reduces the mass and also has a positive effect on the overall engine running.
With the oval shape, we have also eliminated a problem that can be associated with increased power and springs that are too weak. This is because turbocharged engines can have problems with the boost pressure if the valves or the discs and springs are too weak. Bartek explains what this feels like in the video below on valve springs.
By optimising the shape, we therefore ensure that the springs can't go on block (and break) and that the correct preload is always applied to the springs. As a result, the engine revs up more smoothly and there are no more problems with the boost pressure.
