Here’s the latest highlight from our development department: our high-boost shock manifold for installing Garrett G-Series turbochargers in a 2.5l TFSI engine (CEPA, DAZA and DNW engine codes).
Our high-end manifold for the EA855 EVO engine comes with everything your turbocharger needs to reach extreme horsepower of over 1000. It has a super-speedy response that puts its competitors in the shade.
On top of all that, it’s extremely light and saves you valuable kilos, making it ideal for motorsport. As always, we have manufactured this manifold from the highest grade materials and used the most far out technology to guarantee you extreme driving pleasure.
Using the latest technology, we succeeded in producing a collector on a 3D printer. It’s made of Inconel® 625 with the very best material characteristics and ensures a perfect and smooth transition. It also includes a thread for an exhaust temperature sensor. We developed the manifold especially for the high-quality Garrett G30 and G35, so you can treat your engine to the very best parts. As you’d expect from BAR-TEK, the duct is routed and flow-optimised for extreme power.

NB: As well as an engine that’s been adapted for this kind of power, this turbocharger requires you to make further modifications – e.g. to the intake, downpipe, oil and water lines and fuel supply. You’ll also need new software. Installing these performance-boosting components requires careful handling and expert knowledge. The engine and entire drivetrain must be in the right condition to cope with this horsepower, if you’re to get the most out of it.
