Our sport valve spring kit consists of valve springs for intake and exhaust valves and the corresponding titanium spring retainers. These will strengthen your valve train even at very high boost pressures. We have tested them up to 3bar boost pressure!
Our sport valve springs are perfect for sporty drivers of TSI engines. Now you can drive at higher revs - completely without worrying about valve flutter and broken rocker arms. The response is also shorter and thanks to the titanium spring retainers, the valve train runs more smoothly.
The valve springs are made of high quality heat-treated steel and come in a matched spring rate with titanium spring retainers for all 2.0L TSI EA888 engines (such as in the Golf 7 or Audi TT).

Please note: Our sports valve springs are designed for high performance. They are made from a special heat-treated steel that has a high level of strength and toughness. They are specially coated and have a higher material thickness than standard springs. This makes them ideal for sporting use.
Not only the material itself, but also the design of our valve springs is something special. Thanks to their oval shape, a larger valve lift is created. Among other things, this increases the speed stability of your engine. The conical design (the spring is narrower at the top) reduces the mass and also has a positive effect on the overall engine running.
With the oval shape, we have also eliminated a problem that can go hand in hand with increased power and springs that are too weak. This is because turbocharged engines can have problems with boost pressure if the valves or the plates and springs are too weak. Bartek explains what this feels like in the video below on the valve springs.
With the optimum shape, we therefore ensure that the springs cannot go on block (and break) and that the correct preload is always applied to the springs. As a result, the engine revs up more smoothly and there are no more problems with the boost pressure.
