High-end stud bolt kit for the cylinder head for many VAG engines

Thanks to our subsequent treatment, we were able to increase the tensile strength even further and now achieve just over 1900 N/mm² . If you want the strongest bolts for your engine, you've come to the right place. You can't get any stronger!

A MUST for all engines that run at high boost pressure and for which ARP is not yet stable enough!
Thanks to a cone on the block side of the studs, they are not supported on the thread flanks when the nuts are tightened, but in the bore of the thread in engine block. This support protects the threads during frequent assembly of racing engines.

Manufactured from ultra-pure 18.8 tool steel
All threads rolled for maximum strength
with attachment cone for pretensioning for optimum force distribution on all threads
Tensile strength over 1900 N/mm² (275,000 psi)

Tightening torque in three passes. Last stage 110 Nm.
