Best insulation and sound with insulating wool for silencers

Universal glass or stainless steel wool for insulating and customising silencers.

Silencers are usually wrapped and stuffed with insulating wool to achieve the optimum sound and insulation. With our universal insulating wool, you have complete freedom over the result when making your own silencers. You can also choose between glass and stainless steel wool. Both materials are available in the best quality and for use in all performance levels.

Insulating wool made of glass or stainless steel

Insulating the silencer yourself with insulating wool made of glass or stainless steel allows you to customise everything to your preferences. This gives you optimum heat and sound insulation for your vehicle, as you can decide for yourself how much wool to use. This makes it ideal for stuffing and wrapping silencers.

When filling the silencer, it is important not to press the wool in with full force, but at the same time no cavities should be created. You can also refill existing exhaust systems with our universal insulating wool. This not only improves the sound, but also optimises the damping.
