All kinds of components like manifolds or exhaust turbines of turbochargers can be coated. First a base coating in beige color is applied. After that up to 14 different colors can be chosen. The price is calculated according to effort and color and starts at 250 euros upwards.
Advantages of Plasma Ceramic coating: -Better properties than ordinary heat tape -Durable up to approx. 900°C -Lowering the surface temperature by approx. 33% - Up to 50°C lower engine compartment temperature -High effect with low weight (0.3mm thickness) -More effective engine performance and life -Improves "spool up" (acceleration) of the turbocharger -Faster cooling of the entire engine -3 year warranty (Ceramic coating only clean with soap, no brake cleaner!) -There are 14 different colors to choose from.
