X-Beam connecting rod and forged piston for 2.0L TFSI engines in a set
With our 2.0L TFSI set consisting of the high-quality JE forged pistons and our X-Beam connecting rods you get a great combination of stability, performance and safety. And you also save money compared to buying a single one! With this set you can easily bring up to 650 hp on the road.
Suitable for your 2.0L TFSI EA113 engine with toothed belt, the set consists of pistons, connecting rods and racing bearings. The pistons are from the established manufacturer JE Pistons. They are reinforced to withstand extreme loads. An alloy ensures that the pistons are also extremely light. For pistons marked with a Q in the design, our special oil spray nozzles for piston crown cooling must be mounted. These can be found below under Accessories!
Our X-Beam connecting rods are milled from the solid and yet very light (599 grams per rod). Their design ensures a larger cross-section, which in turn distributes the loads over the entire connecting rod. This way you have extremely stable connecting rods that are crack resistant and robust. A great combination for racing enthusiasts! The matching connecting rod bearings come from ACL. Like our connecting rods, they have an additional bore that optimises the lubrication of the piston pins.

The asymmetrical piston design by JE Pistons. Has a wide piston shirt on the main pressure side and a narrow, friction-reducing one on the secondary pressure side. As a result of this design, the pistons must be marked with a Q, our special oil spray nozzles for piston crown cooling must be installed. You can find these below under Accessories!

The asymmetrical FSR piston line (Forged Side Relief) by JE Pistons includes a modern forged design with a wider piston shirt on the main pressure side and a smaller, friction-reducing shirt on the side pressure side. In combination with precise CNC machining, a high-strength, lightweight piston is created that is extremely durable.
Ultra series:
The pistons of the Ultra series combine all premium functions from JE and the brand new technology of the forging industry!
The revolutionary Perfect Skirt coating from JE is one of the many technologically advanced aspects of the Ultra series. It protects the piston shafts, reduces friction and prevents cold start piston shocks and incorrect knocking.
All pistons in the Ultra series are supplied with a ceramic crown coating as standard to ensure a longer service life and better exhaust gas cleaning properties.
Thicker piston pins made of premium material are another feature of the Ultra series.
In combination with the special grain flow-optimized forging technology, the Ultra series is ready for enormous performance.
