High end stud bolts kit for the cylinder head for all 2.5L TFSI as in Audi RS3 & TTRS.
A MUST for all engines that run with high boost pressure and for which ARP is not yet stable enough!
BAR-TEK® studs have a hexagon socket to screw in the studs. Due to a cone on the block side of the studs, they are not supported on the thread flanks when tightening the nuts, but in the bore of the thread in the engine block. This support protects the threads during frequent race engine assembly.
A major advantage of BAR-TEK® stud bolts is that the nuts and washers included in the set also have a tensile strength of 1800 N/mm².
Up to 35% stronger than ARP studs.

Tightening torque in three stages. Last stage 110Nm.
