Description

The AEM water/methanol injection has been specially developed for extremely turbocharged engines with high boost pressures above 2.4 bar. The multi-input controller allows control via various signals such as 0-5V/MAF frequency, Volt/PWM and external MAP signals. 

The main features include: 

  • Multi-input controller for external signals (0-5V/MAF frequency, Volt/PWM, Ext MAP)
  • Failsafe output for additional safety
  • Status and warning LED for easy monitoring
  • Three interchangeable injectors (250cc/min, 500cc/min & 1,000cc/min) for flexible customization 
  • A powerful pump with a pressure of 13.8 bar for effective injection
  • A 5-gallon storage tank with fluid level sensor for sufficient supply

Included in the scope of delivery: 

  • Multi-input controller
  • 200 PSI pump
  • nozzle kit
  • 5-gallon supply tank with sensor
  • nylon line
  • wiring harness. 

This system provides a reliable and flexible way to inject water/methanol to increase performance and reduce charge air temperatures in highly turbocharged engines.
