Audi V6 2.7L Biturbo with engine code AZB, AGB, AJK, AZA, ARE, BES, ASJ - If the block is not drilled, i.e. the bore remains at 81.00 mm, some material must be removed from the connecting rod sides in order to be able to mount them in the bore.

High strength I-stem steel connecting rods from BAR-TEK® for all Audi 2.7L V6 biturbo like in the S4 and RS4 B5.
When you tune the already powerful V6 2.7L biturbo engine of your Audi S4 or RS4, you quickly reach the load capacity of the stock connecting rods. This is because the rods are subjected to such extreme forces that, in the worst case scenario, they simply snap. For extra power above 500 HP we therefore recommend our steel connecting rods with I-shaft. These are optimal if you want to enjoy the full power of your Biturbo. And we are talking about 1000 HP and more. That kind of savoring!
