Description

Oil catchtank from the Swedish manufacturer Nuke Performance

With the catchtank from Nuke Performance, the oil vapours from the crankcase ventilation are directed into the precisely manufactured tank and no longer fed back into the intake tract. This means you have less oil carbon residue in the intake tract and on the valves, which results in better engine running and also prevents engine damage. The Catch tank has a capacity of up to one litre and is even equipped with an oil dipstick so that you can easily read the fill level. You can drain the collected oil easily and simply using an oil drain plug.

The advantages of this catch tank are:

  • No contamination of the intake valves and the intake tract
  • No more idle fluctuations due to dirty throttle valve
  • The collected oil is filtered and can be drained off

Features:

  • CNC milled from 6082 aluminium
  • Coated surface
  • 300 micron filter element
  • Three Dash 10 connection threads (2x intake, 1x outlet)
  • Dipstick for reading the fill level
  • Capacity either 1 litre or 0.5 litre
  • Complies with the prescribed standards for SCCA, NASA and Formula D

Note on use in cold climates:
In winter at temperatures below 0C°, the condensation that forms in the system can freeze. This would result in increased crankcase pressure, which can lead to engine damage. We recommend checking the catchtank system more frequently in winter or removing it completely for the cold period.
