Conditions of participation for the "Booster Egg Search" competition

1. Organiser

The "Booster Egg Search" competition is organised by BAR-TEK Motorsport GmbH, Im Rauschen Auel 3, 51491 Overath-Brombach, competition@bar-tek.com.

2. Entry period

The competition starts on 26 February 2025 and ends on 21 April 2025 at 23:59.

3. Eligibility requirements

• All persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to enter.
• Employees of BAR-TEK Motorsport GmbH, Turbo-Total GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
• Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of products or services.

4. Procedure of the competition

• During the participation period, 4 numbers will be published on our channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, newsletter).
• Participants must find the numbers and add them together to form a code. The code must be entered at the top of the form.
• Three winners will be drawn from all correct entries.

5. Prizes

The prizes will be announced at a later date.

6. Determination of winners and notification

• The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
• The draw will take place on 22 April 2025.
• The winners will be notified by email.
• If a winner does not respond to the message within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Data protection

• Participants agree that the data they provide will be used to organise the competition.
• The data will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted at the end of the competition.

8. Exclusion of liability

• The organiser accepts no liability for technical faults or delays.
• Legal recourse is excluded.
• The competition is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok or YouTube and is not sponsored or supported by these platforms.

9. Changes to the conditions of participation

The organiser reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to terminate the competition prematurely if unforeseeable circumstances arise.

By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
