High End stud bolt Kit for the cylinder head for all 2.0L TFSI and TSI like in Golf 5, Golf 6 and many more.
A MUST for all engines that drive with high charge pressure and ARP is not yet stable enough! Due to a cone on the block side of the bolts, they are not supported on the thread flanks when tightening the nuts, but in the bore of the thread in the engine block . This support protects the threads during frequent assembly of racing engines.
Manufactured from ultra pure 18.8 tool steel
All threads rolled for maximum strength
with preload cone for optimum force distribution on all threads
Tensile strength over 1800 N/mm² (270,000 psi)
Nickel coating for outstanding corrosion protection
reusable
Up to 35% stronger expansion steel than ARP bolts.
Fits all EA113 engines with timing belts and EA888 Gen.2 chain engines.
Tightening torque in three stages. Last stage 110 Nm.
