Project Audi S4: 665 HP and 800 Nm
The Audi S4 is the sports version of the Audi A4. The next higher sportier version is the Audi RS4. The 2.7L V6 Biturbo engine is considered very solid and can be compared to the 1.8T 20V (Golf 4). So it was only a question of time until BAR-TEK would dedicate itself to this project. As always, we wanted to know what we were talking about when it came to professional engine tuning. The best experience can only be achieved by doing it yourself, said Bartek, and then we started with the V6 Biturbo engine.

The engine was of course completely rebuilt with the following components:
- ARP studs for the engine block and the cylinder heads
- I-beam connecting rods with coated race bearing shells
- Main bearing shells for the crankshaft
- Wiseco turbo pistons with turbo piston pins
- Race cylinder head gaskets for 8,0:1 compression
- Upgrade Turbos with manifolds
- Race spark plugs with 0.6 mm electrode spacing
- Gates Racing timing belt
- CNC machined cylinder heads
- BAR-TEK® Sport Valve Spring Kit with Viton stem seals
- Supertech Exhaust Valves Inconel and Inlet +1mm
- Upgrade camshafts
- Fluidampr Crank Pulley
- Race clutch kit Sachs
- Adjustable fuel regulator and Siemens Deka injectors
- Upgrade intercooler and Bosch 044 pump must not be missing, of course.
- The susceptible ignition coils were replaced by our plasma coils.
- Please order adapter plates and the cable kit directly with your order.
The result is impressive! 665 hp and 804 Nm with a nice and clean performance curve tuned on our Maha MSR.
His first car was a Polo Mk1 with a 40 Weber twin carburetor and 129 PS (95 kW). His second was an Audi 50. Today Bartek tunes Lamborghinis to 1000 PS (735 kW). Even as a young boy, Bartek disassembled vehicles and put everything back together better. He wrote his high school diploma with oil on his fingers. The trained automotive mechanic with a focus on engines and gearboxes was determined to go into motorsports. In his 10 years in Formal 1, he supervised 73 races, including as engine mechanic for Ralf Schumacher at Toyota. Since 2010, he has dedicated himself fully to his company BAR-TEK® and helps his customers to bring VW and Audi engines to peak performance.

Witam panie Bartku posiadam audi s4 2.7 biturbo I chcial bym zmodyfikowac silnik na wjeksza moc tak do 650bhp 700bhp ale chcial bym zostawic wszystko w mare w oryginale pod maską. Trochę już zrobiłem, pytanie brzmi czybyl by Pan w stanie pomóc miw tym projekcie oczywiście zapłacę Panu za wszystko jednak chcial bym wiedzieć o jakjej sumie mówimy
