This race engine is for you if you really want performance and and even more power. If you get goose bumps just thinking about the HP. And especially if you don't feel like planning an engine with all its components.
You want to drive a supercharger or even biturbo. 1500 PS (1103 kW) and even more? Completely without having to think about it? Then we do it with your engine: 5.2 liters, 10 cylinders, over 1500 PS stable! Only the finest of the finest is installed here. Perfectly matched components harmonize in all situations, so that the performance is virtually unlimited.
We make a real tuning engine out of your V10
Just because you are into racing and want to experience the feeling, you don't have to be able to build a racing engine. We do that for you. Our entire motorsport know-how flows into our engine, so that you only have to enjoy the pleasure of driving. You can get all the power out without any worries and simply install our racing engine plug and play instead of the old engine or have it installed. This complete engine is especially suitable for turbo conversions.
This is how your V10 engine becomes a V10 racing engine
This is what happens with the engine block:
The block is measured and the actual condition is determined. The block is prepared by us accordingly for the new parts. The crankshaft is balanced, straightened and all bearing journals are polished. In addition, new tungsten weights are made to adjust the shaft to the new piston and conrod. piston and conrod are of course measured and weighed. All weights are adjusted to each other. The oil pump is revised. The running clearance and the ring clearance are adjusted. All parts are mounted. Of course we also take care of all bearing clearances. You have nothing more to do.
We install the following parts in the block:
On the heads we perform the following work:
the head is measured, cleaned and planned (if necessary). The valve seat is checked and recut if necessary.
We install the following parts in the head:
The engine is in exchange and can be plug and play with our tuning engine.
Note: Run in racing engines
Tuned engines need to be broken in properly so that you can enjoy them for as long as possible. Here you will find everything you need to know about "run in the engine correctly"!
