Description

One of the most common failures that occurs at power levels above 800 HP is shearing of the teeth of the second gear due to the high torque that the engine delivers to the transmission.

Since the problem is not sudden like many other transmission failures, but is a gradual process, it can result in capital transmission damage. Dodson has developed a solution and optimized only the second gear. The gear ratio remains the same. This upgrade helps to ensure that the transmission can handle power beyond 800 HP without any problems.
