Description

Forged high-performance pistons from JE Piston for Audi 2.7L V6 Biturbo 30V engines to increase the displacement to 3L.

Features:

  • Extremely light due to special alloy
  • Reinforced for maximum performance
  • Bore 82.00 or 83.00mm
  • 21mm piston pin
  • For 154x21mm conrods
  • Complete set incl. piston pin, rings and clips
  • Installation and bore dimensions included

3L displacement is achieved with a 92.8mm stroke crankshaft.
For Audi 2.7T Biturbo 30V with engine code AGB, ASJ, AZR, AJK, ARE, AZA, AZB and BES.
The specified compression is in conjunction with a 1.22mm cylinder head gasket.

Price for a set of JE piston without coating, but this can be specially manufactured by JE for an additional charge.

The special coating can be ordered separately from us. (see below)

As the standard connecting rods cannot withstand a power increase above 300 hp, we recommend using steel connecting rods.

From a boost pressure of 2 bar, reinforced TURBO piston pins must be used. (see below)
