The APR intake kit with turbo inlet consists of a massive 4" (101.6 mm) carbon intake pipe, which is connected to the original air filter box or the APR Air Intake. The beautiful carbon pipe is followed by the high-quality, also 4" (101.6 mm) cast aluminium turbo inlet, which is organically designed to maintain the largest possible cross-section within the pipe up to the turbocharger intake. Despite the visually extravagant shape, maintaining the cross-sectional area is the key to increased performance.
The interlocking adapter rings form an ideal connection to the turbocharger, while larger adapter rings (optionally available) allow connection to even larger turbocharger upgrades.
Last but not least, the APR air filter completely transforms the system from subtle to extreme. The massive 9-inch front opening cotton filter connects to a 6-inch carbon tube that gradually connects to the 4-inch intake tube.
You'll hear every bit of air from the massive airflow requirement of the 5-end, with a 60% improvement in CFM over the stock system! Simply put, this is the best intake system on the market to meet the uncompromisingly high airflow requirements.
